Hello Friends!
I’m delighted to introduce myself—I’m Dontreka, but my smallest friends call me "Titi"!
Over the past 16 years, I’ve had the joy of working with children in various capacities, including being a Mommy to four incredible children. I believe in fostering meaningful interactions that tap into children's natural curiosity and enhance their learning potential. My goal is to create an environment where children build confidence through a blend of structured activities and independent play.
In my spare time, you’ll find me singing karaoke at the top of my lungs, thrifting, exercising, or enjoying a scoop of Rocky Road ice cream on Fridays—because, let’s face it, calories don’t count on Fridays! For me, the most rewarding part of caring for children is witnessing them apply the lessons I’ve taught them to their everyday lives. Whether it's managing their big emotions using deep breaths and counting to ten, putting away their utensils, using their manners, or enforcing their boundaries, seeing them grow into happy, healthy individuals is incredibly fulfilling.
My mission is to invest my time, attention, and lots and LOTS of love into our little angels so that they grow to be happy, confident, and prepared to excel in kindergarten and beyond!

Meet Titi's Very Best Friend!
Dustin, or "Mr. D" as the children affectionately call him, brings an extra spark to Heaven's Playground.
As co-owner, he’s here daily, joining us after his own workday as a high school English teacher and football coach. Dustin has an energetic personality and a gift for making every moment memorable. The kids love his impromptu dance parties, his endless supply of bubbles, and his ability to tell the best stories that capture their imaginations.
Beyond his lively presence, Dustin is a deeply kind-hearted, intentional father and husband. He’s always on the lookout for creative ideas and sends me exciting crafts and themes to bring into the daycare. His dedication goes beyond our family—he makes sure that Heaven's Playground is always equipped with the latest tech gadgets, enriching our program for the children.
Though we may only get short bursts of his time, we cherish the joy Mr. D brings to our daycare and appreciate his constant support in helping us create a warm, engaging environment for all our little ones.
